Your restaurant in Saint-Flour has joined Les Toques d'Auvergne
The objective of the association Les Toques d'Auvergne is to promote Auvergne cuisine!
For more than 40 years, the fifty or so chefs who make up the Toques d'Auvergne association have been keen to showcase the wealth of Auvergne's culinary heritage in their establishments.
From breeders to bakers and fruit and vegetable producers, the good local produce is worked on to offer you gourmet dishes to taste.
It is through a flagship event that the Toques d'Auvergne get together to offer you exceptional meals and the best of regional cuisine: the Auvergne Toques Chaud.
These are values shared by your restaurant La Méridienne in Saint-Flour and which have enabled it to join this wonderful adventure!
Participation in the Auvergne Toques Chaud 2022
After an absence of two years due to the health crisis, the long-awaited event has made its comeback.
It is in a green and calm setting in the Tronçais forest that this new edition was held on 11 and 12 September.
On the programme: a local meal in a bucolic and family atmosphere, followed the next day by the famous grand gala meal by all the Toques d'Auvergne.
An event which took place under the sign of sharing and good mood in which our restaurant participated for the first time.
